Born and raised in Brandon, Florida, Vickie is a genuine Tampa Bay native. She moved from Brandon in 2005 to attend Law School at Stetson University. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law, with a J.D. in 2007 and was admitted to the Florida Bar May 12, 2008. During her time there she fell in love with the St. Petersburg area and decided to put down her roots here. Vickie met her husband, John Waller, through mutual friends and they now have two children, beautiful Annabelle and handsome Cooper.
Vickie has always had a passion for helping people beginning during her childhood as a Girl Scout and volunteering in Hillsborough County Schools. She joined Key Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Kiwanis and its affiliate, CKI, as well as several other organizations. She has grown that desire to help into an exceptional legal practice and now benefits her clients by establishing the best estate plan for them. Vickie invests the time and schedules one-on-one meetings or provides a support system for those dealing with the loss of a loved one by guiding them through the probate or trust administration process.
Community involvement is an important component at Generations of Trust, not only for Vickie, but for all of the associates. She leads by example serving on the Board of Parents and Children Advance Together as Vice President; Vice President of the SPCA Professional Advisory Committee (PAC); Suncoast Hospice Professional Partners Council; networking as a member of the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador; Suncoast Goodwill Ambassador; Sunshine City Kiwanis Member and Past President; Suncoast Estate Planning Council; The St. Pete Bar (Member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Young Lawyers Division); Co-Chair Probate & Guardianship Section of The St. Pete Bar 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and as Florida Kiwanis Lieutenant Governor 2018-2019.
